Community Habilitation assists individuals with increasing their independence in all aspects of one's life.  The outcomes are chosen and implemented by the individual with staff support.  Some goals that individuals work on including budgeting, grocery shoppoing, banking skills, community integration, and social skills building.  CP Rochester works with both children and adults with a variety of developmental disabiltities. CP Rochester also offers collegiate support through the community habiliation.  These supports include, but are not limited to:  attending class with the individual, taking notes, organizational/time management skills building, and assistance with homework.
