The Family Education and Training series is a training opportunity for parents of children under the age of 18 who are enrolled in the Home & Community Based Waiver. The training is required for families who do not meet the continued eligibility requirements through another waiver service such as respite.

| Presented by Laura Oburchay, Massage Therapist. What is massage therapy? When can it be used? Where can you get it? Are there different types? What type is best for you? What is best for your child? Bring your questions! |

| Relaxation Therapy: December 7, 6 to 8 p.m. |
| Presented by Connie Mastowski, LCSW, social worker at CP Rochester clinic. The holidays and beyond!! What happens when you have a bad day? Or your child has a bad day? There are many tools you can use right at home without spending a lot of money. Various relaxation techniques will be discussed such as guided imagery and deep breathing. Some can be done anywhere you happen to be for a quick “break.” |
