CP Rochester offers several Respite opportunities all designed to assist families with the care of their loved ones. Our Respite programs provide relief to family members who are responsible for the primary care and support of individuals with developmental disabilities.
Our In Home Respite program provides a 1:1 staff person in the family's home to provide care for a family member with a developmental disability. Families have the opportunity to meet staff prior to service beginning to insure a good match is made. Our Wraparound Program runs Monday - Friday from 2:30PM - 6:00PM. This program is at our Winton Road location. Our program offers structured activities and has access to a gym, outdoor playground, computers, and a kitchen. CP Rochester also runs a Recreation Program funded through In Home Respite. More information on our Recreation Program can be found by looking under Community Recreation and Shared Ski Adventures.
