| Description: |
- Oversee and effectively manage the operations of a home that serves individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Includes supervising staff, setting program goals, and evaluating performance to ensure highest quality of service delivery to consumers in compliance with all regulatory guidelines.
- Ability to project the mission, vision and values of the agency and serve as a positive role model for staff.

| Hours of Employment: |
40 hours per week – Includes rotational on-call responsibility
|
| Qualifications: |
- 5 year of progressive human services experience – 2 years of which are in a supervisory capacity.
- Experience working with developmentally disabled individuals strongly preferred. Demonstrated ability to effectively supervise and train staff and excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
- BA or BS Degree in Human Services or related field preferred. A relevant combination of experience and education may be considered.
- Valid New York State Driver’s License
- Willingness and ability to meet and maintain all training requirements.
