Residential Supervisor

Position:	Residential Supervisor
Hours:	Full-time:  40 hours per week
Position Description:	Assists manager with the overall operation of the residence.  Includes supervising staff, setting program goals, and evaluating performance to ensure highest quality of service delivery to consumers in compliance with all regulatory guidelines.  Ability to project the mission, vision and values of the agency and serve as a positive role model for staff.    Sharing of rotational on-call responsibilities.
Qualifications	1 to 3 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Supervisory experience strongly preferred. BA or BS Degree in Human Services or related field preferred. A relevant combination of experience and education may be considered. Valid New York State Driver’s License Willingness and ability to meet and maintain all training requirements.
