The CP Rochester Corporate Compliance Plan (the Plan) is a written program to promote ethical behavior in the workplace and reduce the likelihood of abuse, fraud and health care violations.  The Plan was implemented to ensure compliance with the Federal and State health care laws and to emphasize the agency’s policy and commitment to those we serve, as well as to those associated with the agency. The Plan clearly defines the agency’s focus and expectations regarding quality service delivery.
