CP Rochester’s Site Based Groups Day Habilitation exists to support individuals with disabilities in achieving their goals and dreams. Our person centered philosophy supports a constantly changing and consumer driven curriculum. Individuals are encouraged to work in both large and small groups to access peer support as well as working one-on-one with staff. Our focus is assisting individuals in learning and also teaching skills to support both individual and group growth.
