Infant massage promotes bonding and interaction between the parent and infant.  Infant massage provides relaxation, helps relieve discomfort from constipation, gas, and colic, improves sleep, and improves the parents’ awareness of babies’ cues.  This class teaches the parent how to perform massage while allowing one on one time with their baby.
