EAP is a free, confidential service provided by CP Rochester to all employees and extending to all immediate family members, including domestic partners and anyone living in the employee's household. The EAP staffs a variety of specialists and counselors trained to assist individuals with multiple issues including:         Personal counseling/behavioral health·         Alcohol and substance abuse Childcare/eldercare resources Family issues Bereavement/loss of loved one Marital or relationship problems  Burnout prevention Balancing work and personal life Financial problems/debt management
