Residential Group Homes throughout the Rochester area (5 Individual Residential Alternative Homes and 1 Respite Home)
Day Habilitation — Winton Road Campus
Residential Habilitation — In-Home Services throughout the Rochester area
Traumatic Brain Injury Structured Day Program — Winton Road Campus
Hours Available
Day, evening, overnight, weekend shifts vary based on program and location

Job Purpose and Primary Duties
- Provide, assist and deliver habilitation supports and services that promote choice to the individuals served by CP in achieving our agency mission
- Creates opportunities for, and encourages individuals to develop skills in recreation/leisure/hobbies, home management, social/interpersonal and other areas while developing relationships in the community
- Assists in consumer personal hygiene, grooming, feeding, care for consumer belongings, room cleaning, and other daily living skills
- Completes appropriate documentation as required by and in coordination with regulations and agency policies and procedures
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- One-year experience and/or education in Human Services desired. Two or four-year degree in human services field preferred
- Valid NYS Driver's License required
- Ability to become CPR and First Aid certified and meet all agency and program required training
- Ability to perform all essential job functions
