Ability Partners Foundation
Join us as Hobart takes on the University of Rochester Yellow Jackets and help raise money for people with disabilities!
We hope you can join us!
We have a lot of fun events planned, so grab some friends and come out and join us. All proceeds from these events support the programs and services offered through Ability Partners agencies: CP Rochester, Happiness House, and Rochester Rehabilitation Center.
